Testimonial

I was asked about Tools4ever for a reference the other day from a fellow school district technology coordinator. I had to stop and think about the program, it is called Automation. Our user account processing is totally automated. Set it and forget it, which apparently I did. I have used it for 5 years with no complaints. We moved from one Student Information System to a different one this year...

Key Features and Approach

A phased approach

To automate the procedures associated with network changes, Tools4ever recommends a phased implementation of UMRA. During this process, the organization will realize benefits from day one (by addressing the primary objective of the project); additional features will be added with each phase. Eventually the organization will have an end-to-end Identity & Access Management solution in place.

To start, Tools4ever will establish processes to manage basic account lifecycle functions throughout the enterprise (add, modify, disable). We then broaden the implementation process by streamlining the information provisioning associated with user account changes and resource assignment. Because of its phased approach, Tools4ever can provide its customers with tangible results in just a few weeks time as well as realizing a directly measurable ROI.

Our approach is comprised of the following phases:

Phase 1: Form-based helpdesk delegation

Phase 2: Organizational delegation and self-service

Phase 3: User provisioning from the HR/SIS system

Phase 4: Workflow Management and Self Service

Phase 5: Role-bases Access Control RBAC

Needless to say, the number and order of implementation steps and the total lead time can be tailored to your specific wishes and requirements.
