The screenshots below give an impression of Self Service Reset Password Management. The screenshots of the SSRPM Enrollment and Reset Wizard show the interaction with the end-user. Please note that all texts can easily be localized and customized by the administrator.

Each time when you start the SSRPM Admin Console, you'll immediately see a quick and real-time overview of the current status of SSRPM through the SSRPM Dashboard.

Create a User Defined Question

Create a user defined question while enrolling into the SSRPM program with the SSRPM Enrollment Wizard.

Select a Admin Defined Question

Select an administrator defined question while enrolling into the SSRPM program with the SSRPM Enrollment Wizard.

SSRPM Reset Wizard

The 'Forgot My Password' button

Click on the 'Forgot My Password' button at the bottom of the Windows logon screen to reset a user's password using the SSRPM Reset Wizard.

Answer Questions

Answer questions within the SSRPM Reset Wizard (which are defined within the user enrollment) to be able to reset a password.

Answer Questions

Reset a password using the SSRPM Reset Wizard if all previously answered questions are answered correctly.

Windows Vista

In Windows Vista an additional 'Forgot My Password' link will be added to the Windows Vista logon screen, to provide the "Forgot My Password"-button functionality for Windows Vista.

Web Interface

SSRPM supports full end-user web functionality, so that users can enroll and reset their passwords via a web browser.
