Connector HR Access

HR Access is an HR solution provided by Sopra HR Software since its acquisition of the company in 2013. HR Access provides personnel administration, payroll, talent, time, and performance management as part of its initiative to promote the digitalization of HR. HR Access’ solution is particularly designed to assist international companies with their management needs. The solution relies on decades of HR management experience, dating back to 1972, prior to Sopra HR Software’s acquisition.

Connecting HR Access’ data with HelloID established the perfect foundation for fully automating user account provisioning and identity management. HelloID’s attribute mapper sets your configuration for the fields and variables synced from HR Access.

Onboarding, Provisioning, & Ongoing Management

HelloID automatically detects new and updated information within HR Access. These detected changes trigger your organization’s configured provisioning processes according to each users’ attributes. HelloID’s processes are automatic, consistent, and logged.

For new users entered into HR Access, HelloID automatically provisions accounts, group memberships, and permissions within all connected systems and applications. Changes made to existing users in the HR system are processed by HelloID to ensure everything remains up-to-date. Whenever an employee departs, HR updates their status in HR Access, and HelloID automatically executes all configured offboarding processes.

Leverage HR Access’ data with HelloID’s provisioning to fully automate your identity management.

Service Automation for User Self-Service

Outside of standard provisioning configurations, users may access HelloID’s Service Automation module to request access to additional resources from their dashboard. If approved by the associated “Product Owner,” HelloID processes all changes and provisioning needs.

With HelloID connected to HR Access, “Product Owners” may be assigned based on their attributes synced from the HR System. Examples of these attributes would be position or contract data specifying whether the user is a department head, manager, or team leader.
