A Selection of Capabilities
Verify Identity
Streamlined user identification and authorization are key benefits of Single Sign-On. This is possible through tight integration with your Identity Provider (IdP), which serves as the central authentication service. Examples include Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or HelloID itself.
Integrated Application Dashboard
From the application dashboard, users can view all applications they are authorized to use and access the ones they need with one click. The dashboard can also be integrated seamlessly into popular social intranets such as Embrace, Iris Intranet, and others. This integration delivers an even smoother user experience and reduces the need to switch between platforms.
Support for All Common Protocols
HelloID supports all popular Single Sign-On protocols, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Web Services Federation (WS-Federation). If the applications you use support Single Sign-On, there is a high likelihood that HelloID is compatible with them.
Single Sign-On & HelloID Access Management
HelloID Access Management is one of the modules of the HelloID Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. The module ensures that users have simple, consistent access to the applications they need. Users sign in with a username and password. As an additional security measure, you can enable Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This requires users to verify their identity in an additional way, in addition to their login credentials.
