Long and costly training programs for implementing Identity Management systems are a thing of the past. All Tools4ever training courses are and will remain free of charge. It does not matter whether you are a Tools4ever customer. Free does not imply that the courses are of mediocre quality. Participants rate them an average of 8.3. For every course, you can expect the following:
The courses are delivered by senior implementation consultants from Tools4ever who know all the ins and outs of HelloID and have many years of experience implementing HelloID.
The courses are interactive and delivered in a workshop format. They are currently online via Teams, and they may return to our location in Baarn soon.
We offer many different types of training. The most common options are listed below. We also provide specific custom training. These courses are also free.

Every participant receives a fully functional HelloID environment. It is available during the course and remains available indefinitely afterward.
After the course you receive a certificate of completion. You can also take an exam to become officially HelloID certified.
Provisioning
With the Provisioning module, the entire joiner, mover, and leaver process is automated based on changes in the HR system. You can follow two types of training:
Administrator training, in this course you learn how to administer HelloID after it has been delivered and is operational by the implementation consultant. This one-day course explains how to address questions from the organization.
Implementation training, in this course you learn how to implement HelloID independently in a network environment. The course is technical and lasts 2 days.
Service Automation
With HelloID Service Automation, many common and complex user management tasks can be delegated to the Service Desk or even further into the organization to managers or end users. You can follow two types of training:
Administrator training, in this course you learn how to administer HelloID after it has been delivered and is operational by the implementation consultant. This one-day course explains how to address questions from the organization.
Implementation training, in this course you learn how to implement HelloID independently in a network environment. The course is technical and lasts 2 days.
Access Management
HelloID Access Management provides employees, partners, and possibly customers with simple and consistent access to cloud applications. Authentication takes place through a login with username and password. Two-factor authentication can be deployed for additional verification. You can follow two types of training:

Business Impact
Tools4ever offers free Business Impact training for HelloID. These courses aim to help participants gain more knowledge of the Tools4ever approach, understand how HelloID works and the ideas behind it, and execute the implementation according to best practices. The Business Impact training focuses primarily on the Provisioning and Service Automation modules.
