All subscriptions include technical support and access to the latest software version as standard. No separate contract needed.
Maintenance Contract
When you purchase a maintenance contract for our legacy software such as UMRA or IAM, you can count on our technical support in case of issues and always have access to the latest version of the software. The maintenance contract covers support for the product itself, as well as its configuration within your network.
End-of-Life Information
Products and solutions eventually reach their end-of-life status. This means that no further updates or support will be available for these products over time.
