New staff member is scheduled Based on information from Elanza, HelloID automatically creates a user account in connected target systems with the correct group memberships. Depending on the role associated with the new staff member's active or upcoming shifts, the IAM solution automatically creates the required user accounts in your target systems and assigns the correct authorizations.
Staff member shifts change HelloID automatically updates user accounts and assigns or revokes the correct authorizations in connected target systems based on the registered active or upcoming shifts. The HelloID authorization model always governs this process.
Staff member is offboarded The IAM solution automatically deactivates user accounts when no active or upcoming shifts are registered. If no new shifts are registered within a defined period, HelloID can also automatically delete accounts.

HelloID uses the Elanza REST APIs to read source data and make it available in the HelloID Vault. The IAM solution stores only the data required for account provisioning. The connector uses industry standards such as HTTPS for encrypted communication and OAuth 2.0 for authorization. The connector can be executed through an on-premises agent or directly through the Tools4ever cloud agent.
