Tools4ever is a Great Place To Work
Baarn, November 30, 2022: Tools4ever can now call itself a Great Place To Work. The Baarn-based software company scored highly during the certification process. More than nine out of ten employees call Tools4ever a 'Great Place To Work'.
Great Place To Work is a methodology for assessing and certifying corporate culture. The methodology from the company of the same name evaluates organizations across multiple dimensions and helps raise company culture to a higher level. When everyone feels at home in the organization, the company achieves better results.
Employee feedback is central
To be certified as a Great Place To Work, organizations follow a three-step process: survey, certification, and results and branding. Certification is always based on feedback from the assessed organization's own employees. The Great Place To Work methodology maps how employees experience the organization and provides independent recognition of employer excellence.
