Xedule
Xedule is an education logistics planning and scheduling system (SaaS) for primary, secondary, vocational, and higher education institutions. It supports staffing, planning, and scheduling and provides a complete solution for efficiently managing staff, facilities, and timetables within the educational logistics process.
With the HelloID Xedule connector, you automate the creation, updating, and (de)activation of Xedule accounts, without manual management. Two target connectors are available: one for employees and one for students. Both target connectors receive changes from HelloID and automatically update data in Xedule according to your lifecycle rules.

- Immediate scheduling capability: New employees and students are automatically created in Xedule after being entered in the HRM or student information system. Schedules can therefore be set up immediately without delay.

How HelloID Integrates with Xedule
HelloID connects your source systems (e.g., HR or student information systems) to Xedule and processes every change according to your policy rules. Xedule is a target connector in this setup: HelloID provides the correct data to Xedule and executes the full user lifecycle (create, update, enable, disable, delete). All key mapping rules are configurable. Data exchange occurs via the Xedule APIs (employees and students).
Connecting Xedule to Source Systems via HelloID
HelloID makes connecting Xedule to source systems straightforward and reliable. By connecting Xedule as a target system to HR systems, student administration systems (SAS), and student information systems (SIS), the creation and management of accounts is largely automated. With the AFAS to Xedule integration via HelloID, personnel changes are processed in a fully automated manner. As soon as an employee is created or updated in AFAS, HelloID translates this change directly to Xedule. New employees are therefore immediately visible in the scheduling process, and current HR data stays synchronized between both systems at all times. -
Somtoday to Xedule integration
By connecting Somtoday to Xedule via HelloID, student data is automatically transferred. New students are created in Xedule immediately after enrollment, and basic data such as name and email address stays automatically up to date. This ensures you always have current user information without manual management.
