What is KPN LISA?
KPN LISA is the name of the KPN Workplace Self-Service module, focused on managing all types of KPN workplaces. The module supports IT administrators in managing and securing user accounts, systems, and other resources on Microsoft Azure-based corporate networks. KPN LISA can serve as an identity provider (IDP) and provide a single point of access to resources available through the corporate network.

HelloID for KPN LISA Helps You With
Adequate user account management: When you add a new employee to your HR system or remove an employee, HelloID automatically detects this change in your source system and forwards it to KPN LISA through the connector. Based on workspace profiles determined by HelloID, KPN LISA then executes actions, such as assigning a user profile and an M365 license to the employee. It is important to note that HelloID performs the action on the account, and KPN LISA takes over the subsequent steps.
Error-free authorization management: Authorizations determine which applications, systems, and resources a user can access. You want to manage authorizations accurately to ensure users have the correct access while keeping your environment as secure as possible. The integration between HelloID and KPN LISA handles this automatically. HelloID manages memberships in license profiles and resource groups in KPN LISA through business rules.
