Our solutions use the ADP Workforce API to import a standard set of data into a Vault. In this secure digital vault, the IAM solution stores information in a uniform manner by mapping data to the appropriate fields. This includes data related to employees, contract details, and organizational information.
Custom Data Exchange
ADP Workforce supports a variety of custom fields. When you connect ADP Workforce to our solutions, information from these custom fields is included directly through the integration. With our solutions, you can map these custom fields to the appropriate fields in our person schema. This enables custom field data to be used for account provisioning as well.
Our solutions can also write information from your target systems back to ADP Workforce, for example, writing back a provisioned business email address. This ensures that data in ADP Workforce is always up to date.
