accounts. Use our online quote system to request a custom
quote for your environment. Managed users accounts are being calculated for the
licensed target domain or OU. When running import or other mass creation job
which will add 500 user accounts to a domain or OU which already contains 1000
user accounts, you will need a license for 1500 user accounts. |
| User Management Resource Administrator consists
of 3 modules, Base, Forms & Delegation, and Automation |
| 1 - The Base module provides the import function,
which enables mass account creation/maintenance and deletion,
in addition to mass AD attribute maintenance. |
| 2 - The Forms & Delegation module enables
you to create custom forms for ANY administrative task, as well
as the processing required to perform the task automatically and
then securely delegate the task to other staff. |
Popular examples are the automation of
account creation/maintenance and deletion, and password resetting.
3 - The Automation module enables organizations to
synchronize, or link, information in one or more source information
systems with Active Directory by establishing a data link using
COM (VBA, VB, ASP, etc) or a Command Line Interface. A popular
example is linking Active Directory and an HR system. When employees
join a company, their user accounts and related resources are
automatically created in AD. |
