When a new employee starts at the company, an account can be automatically created in Smartsheet. UMRA will assign all the relevant attributes to that account including name, location, phone number etc. Then when an employee leaves the organization, the corresponding user account will automatically be disabled in Smartsheet according to predefined rules set by the organization (disable, migrate etc.).
In addition, many other tasks in Smartsheet can be automated such as the tasks of transferring ownership, and the ability for managers to easily locate all current user accounts.
