UMRA Simplifies User Management with Generic File Types

Automated Account Management with CSV

With UMRA, Tools4ever offers the ability to process the user account information from a variety of types (CSV, SOAP, Webservices, XML, etc.) to manage (create, delete and update) user accounts in the network. By linking with CSV, UMRA is able to filter details such as First Names, Prefixes, Surname, Title, Role, Department, and Cost Center and to carry out editing on the user accounts.

Bulk Import CSV

It is possible to undertake the linkage with CSV once. This is often referred to as a bulk import/update. This type of linkage is often applied during migrations and consolidating networks. However, it often occurs in larger import projects for students, training, interns, dismissals, etc. Alongside the bulk import/update, it is also possible to carry out regular changes using input via CSV. The regular process can be scheduled in UMRA, which then checks each time whether changes are available via CSV.

Formatting CSV

Processing the information in CSV can be set up with extreme flexibility within UMRA. Issues such as formatting, deletes, inserts, editing, lookups, translations, etc. can all be easily configured.
