Working Approach

Once you have accepted our quotation, we will assign a consultant to your organization, selecting one who best matches the complexity of your organization and the set-up of your network. Once we have scheduled our consultant, he or she will contact you and begin analyzing your current user account management systems and network status. The analysis will utilize standardized questionnaires and checklists.

Covering aspects such as User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA), the analysis will include the way requests are submitted across your organization, their current lead time and bottlenecks, the possibility of linking with an HR system and the degree of pollution between the HR system and the network. Besides organizational issues, the analysis will cover technical aspects such as the current naming convention, the division into OUs, granting access to applications and assigning security privileges.

Direct Control Over the End Result

Once the required information has been obtained, the consultant will begin configuring UMRA. We use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology for this. Our consultant will deliver part of the configuration so it can be tested and corrected where required. This process is repeated until the configuration is fully aligned with all your wishes and requirements. Using the RAD methodology provides you with direct control over the configuration process. You can view the results directly and easily adjust where needed.

When the configuration has been completed and delivered, the consultant will focus on its transfer and indicate how it should be managed. Topics covered include configuration backups, interpreting log files, applying minor configuration changes and how to request technical support.
