Project Assistant bar

The Project Assistant bar is a window that shows information to help you using User Management Resource Administrator projects. The contents of the Project Assistant changes when new projects are opened. The Project Assistant shows an HTML-file that is stored as part of the UMRA installation. Each UMRA project, can have its own file.
