Form properties - Security
When an UMRA form project is maintained by the UMRA service you can
specify the user accounts that are allowed to see
and submit the form. The
security settings for a form are simple.
A user has access
to a form. The user can see the form and submit the form.
A user has no
access to a form. The user cannot see the form and cannot submit the form.
In the Form properties - Security window you must
specify the users that are allowed to see and submit the form.
By default, no one has access to a
form. Use the Add,
Edit and Delete buttons
to setup the user accounts that have access to the form. You can specify individual user account names,
names of groups and well-known names (Everyone).
Important: The security of UMRA
is specified with the Form properties - Security window. All
user accounts that are specified in the list can see, submit and execute
the form. If the form project contains a script, these users can initiate
script execution.
For more information, see UMRA Delegation - Access
and security for more information.
