		Defining the template In a template, the SysAdmin can specify in detail which user management actions must be performed (e.g. to create a user account). Built-in script actions can be dragged and dropped into the template to deal with virtually any user managament task (e.g. Create home dir, Create share, Set group membership, etc.).

		Defining the form To execute a user management task, user input is often required (e.g. the user account name to reset the password, first and last name to create an account, etc.). This information is collected using forms. The look and feel of a form can be fully customized by the SysAdmin.

		Delegating the form The SysAdmin can now determine who is allowed to execute the newly created form. A delegated user will only be able to execute the tasks in the forms for which he has been given permissions. He cannot change anything else in the Active Directory or company network.

		Running the form Now the helpdesk employee can execute the delegated forms. Only the available forms are shown in the left column. The main window shows the selected form and will execute the corresponding template (step 1).
