Native UMRA actions

In a Microsoft Active Directory environment, the non LDAP UMRA actions instead of the LDAP actions will be used primarily to manage Active Directory. Since Active Directory does support LDAP, it is also possible to manage Active Directory objects using the UMRA LDAP actions.
