| Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) is an application which allows end-users to securely reset their own passwords, based on a set of personalized questions, via an extra "Forgot My Password" button on the Windows logon screen and an easy to use interface. This eliminates the need for a helpdesk or system administrator to service these requests when a user has forgotton his or her password, which will drastically reduce both user downtime and the number of calls to the helpdesk. |
