Spanish language supportSelf Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) offers end-users the option to securely reset their own password by answering a set of challenge questions, via an extra "Forgot My Password" button on the standard Windows logon window.SSRPM works as follows:Step 1: A User forgets his/her password and clicks on the extra "Forgot My Password" button to reset his or her password:
Step 2: The user answers a set of challenge questions to be able to reset his or her password:
