Self Service Reset Password Management: End users can reset their own password

German language support

Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM) offers end-users the option to securely reset their own password by answering a set of challenge questions, via an extra "Forgot My Password" button on the standard Windows logon window.

SSRPM works as follows:

Step 1: A User forgets his/her password and clicks on the extra "Forgot My Password" button to reset his or her password:

Step 2: The user answers a set of challenge questions to be able to reset his or her password:

Step 3: If all the questions are answered valid, the user is able to reset his or her password:

Step 4: The password will be reset immediately and the user can use the new password to logon.
