Within this wizard page you need to select an enrollment option.

Restart the enrollment process

If you select this option, you'll need to enroll into the SSRPM Program again. In this case all previous entered questions and answers will be removed, which you can redefine.

Remove all previously entered questions and answers

If you select this option, you will be removed from SSRPM. In this case you will not be able to reset your password by using SSRPM unless you enroll again.
