Self Service Reset Password Management: End users can reset their own password

Enrolled Users

This overview window shows a list of all users which have enrolled into the SSRPM program, with the following enrollment details:

  • Account Name: The user name.
  • Organizational Unit: The OU of which the user account is a member.
  • Profile: The SSRPM Profile to which this users is assigned (see "SSRPM Profiles" for more information about SSRPM Profiles).
  • Enrollment Time: The time and date when the current user has enrolled into the SSRPM program.
  • Block Time: The (last) time and date when the current user was blocked (temporary locked out from SSRPM).
  • Block Count: The number of times the user was locked out from SSRPM.
  • Reset Time: The (last) time and date when the current user has done a password reset.

When you right-click on a user you can choose between a few options:

  • Unenroll: To remove the selected user(s) from SSRPM. The(se) user(s) needs to enroll again when he or she wants to use SSRPM.
  • Details: A dialog will show up, which displays more detailed information about the selected user.
  • Refresh all (F5): Refreshes all information within the 'Enrolled Users' overview window.
