Self Service Reset Password Management: End users can reset their own password

Blocked Users

This overview window shows a list of all users which currently are blocked, with the following user details:

  • Account Name: The name of the user.
  • Organizational Unit: The OU of which the user account is a member.

If 'account blocking' is enabled within your SSRPM Profile a user can be temporary locked out (blocked) from SSRPM when the user answers several questions incorrectly. See "SSRPM Profiles" for more information about SSRPM Profiles and SSRPM Profile settings

When you right-click on a user you can choose between a few options:

  • Unblock: To unblock the selected user(s) from SSRPM. In this case the selected user(s) will not be blocked again, and is able to reset his or her password using SSRPM.
  • Set refresh interval: A dialog will show up to set the Refresh Interval, see: "Auto Refreshing Windows".
  • Refresh all (F5): Refreshes all information within the 'Blocked Users' overview window.
