MS Mode increases effectivity with user management

Stricter compliancy, IT security guidelines and the introduction of a new POS system requiring that all employees at MS Mode have a personal user account. MS Mode chose UMRA as a central platform with connections to various (information) systems, including SAP, SQL Server and Active Directory. The result of the implementation: Service level for new users is better and the service level as a whole has improved significantly. MS Mode is able to reach compliancy requirements.
