How to Find Your License Code?

This document contains the information to retrieve the license codes for your Tools4ever products in case you lost your official license code document.

User Management Resource Administrator

The licensing information is embedded into the product when you install a license code obtained from an authorized Tools4ever sales channel. Use the original license code confirmation from Tools4ever to log in to the product upgrade section.

MonitorMagic

Every installed MonitorMagic service has its own license code. The MonitorMagic license code is bound to the name of the domain. In case of multiple domain licenses, you can repeat the following steps for each installed service.

  • Right-click on a computer hosting an installed
  • MonitorMagic service in the Network Browse Tree in the MonitorMagic console.
  • Choose Configure service.
  • Click the "License code" tab. Your license code, as well as the licensed domain as listed in this dialog.

SpaceGuard SRM 5.0 or later

Every installed SpaceGuard service has its own license code. The SpaceGuard license code is bound to the name of the domain. In case of multiple domain licenses, you can repeat the following steps for each installed service.

  • Right-click on a computer hosting an installed SpaceGuard SRM service in the Network Browse Tree in the SpaceGuard SRM console.
  • Choose Service Management -> Configure
  • Click the "Info" tab. Your license code, as well as the licensed domain as listed in this dialog.

Policy Template Editor

  • Open the Registry Editor
  • Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Simac Software Products
  • Navigate to subkey Policy Template Editor\UserInfo
  • The license code is listed in the "LicenseKey" value.

RealLastLogon

  • Open the RealLastLogon Application
  • Click the "About" button
