| Every year UMRA saves me thousands of hours in creating / deleting and moving of student accounts. I simply provide it with a list of students and it does the rest. I could not be easier. Ian MacRae The Hutchins School http://www.hutchins.tas.edu.au | | read more... |

Product Tour - Step 5/9
|
Specify the Domain |
| |
| <<
Go back to step 4 - Continue
to step 6 >> |
 |
|
| Besides the first name and last name, the Create
user (AD) requires more configuration. First step is to
look at the properties of the action. The first property is Domain.
Since this information cannot be derived from our input CSV file, we have
to define it as a script
variable. Drag-and-drop the Set variable action from
the Actions bar to the script. Make sure the Set variable action is listed
before the
Create user (AD) action, otherwise the variable will be declared after the
action has been executed. To do this, drop-and-drag the action just above
the Create user (AD) action to change the order of the actions. When the
action is in place, go to the properties and specify the value for variable
%Domain% by double clicking on the variable name property
and selecting the %Domain% variable from the dropdown list. Enter the full
DNS name for the domain you want to manage. |
