Testimonial:
|
|
| Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun is a school located in South Wales, UK with over 900 pupils. As network manager and IT teacher at the school, with very little spare time, I am constantly interrupted by pupils who have forgotten their password and require it to be reset. I had been looking for some time for a tool which would allow me to delegate the task of resetting passwords to other teachers. The result of... | | read more... |

Integrated testing
and simulation facility
|
Minimize errors by running extensive
simulation and test jobs
|
|
|
|
Automated
error handling - no configuration
|
| User Management Resource Administrator
includes script
actions such as Create User
(AD), which creates a user account in Active
Directory, optionally in an Organizational
Unit and with a custom username and fullname.
This script action, like all others, must be
configured correctly to run properly. Error
handling, such as going to other parts of the
script, or continuing conditionally are available
for all actions without additional configuration.
Compare that to writing
scripts, where error
handling and logging usually contain more lines
of code than the script parts where the actual
operations are performed. |

Job
simulation facility - crash test your script
|
| When running a project, User Management
Resource Administrator is configured by default
to always run in test mode. This mode performs
a job simulation without committing the final
changes to the Active Directory, the NT4 SAM
or any file systems. Tools4ever always advises
to use this simulation before running selected
parts of your script to minimize the chance
of possible errors. |

|
Extended
logging to diagnose and troubleshoot |
| To make sure you can easily spot if your
script is ok, or if it needs more configuration,
User Management Resource Administrator always
maintains an extensive log, where it displays
every bit of information available on the status
of the active job. |
