Delegating the form The SysAdmin can now determine who is allowed to execute the newly created form. A delegated user will only be able to execute the tasks in the forms for which he has been given permissions. He cannot change anything else in the Active Directory or company network. Fermer

Running the form Now the helpdesk employee can execute the delegated forms. Only the available forms are shown in the left column. The main window shows the selected form and will execute the corresponding template (step 1). Fermer
