User account management is becoming increasingly complex. This trend is also visible in government agencies and semi state-controlled companies. When employees leave the organization, for instance, oftentimes their user accounts will continue to exist.
It may also happen that the names of employees are misspelled. Or there will be recurring changes in group memberships. Passwords have to be reset.
