Tools4ever becomes partners with Washington School Information Processing Cooperative

Tools4ever became partners with WSIPC which allows them to provide schools in Washington with their identity and access management solutions at a reduced rate

Tools4ever, the market leader in Identity and Access Management solutions, is pleased to announce that they recently partnered with Washington School Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC) to provide schools in the state with a reduced rate on their solutions. WSIPC is a unique public agency that provides quality information services at a reasonable cost to the state’s school districts. Through this partnership, WSIPC members are able to purchase Tools4ever solutions at a reduced rate which allows them to not have to worry about budgetary issues and the hassle of a lengthy bidding process involved with many software purchases.

Tools4ever is pleased to join WSPIC’s range of solutions which are currently implemented at over 280 schools in Washington and include federal and state reports as well as data reporting and a team of professionals who help with compliance issues. Through the partnership WSIPC offers three different Tools4ever solutions which include User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA), Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM), and Password Synchronization Manager (PSM).

WSIPC has even purchased Tools4ever’s User Management Resource Administrator (UMRA) for their internal use within the cooperative to manage all State of Washington Student data. They use the Skyward Student Information System which connects with UMRA to automatically manage the lifecycle of user accounts including creation, modification and deletion.

Tools4ever currently has over 4 million users managed and is the undisputed market leader in the education market. Partnering with WSIPC has continued to strengthen their position in the market.
