Tools4ever is a privately owned corporation. Its CEO and founder is Jacques Vriens. The objective of Tools4ever is to develop pragmatic and robust software in the field of Identity and Access Management and provide professional services to insure flawless implementations.

Jacques Vriens

Founder and CEO
Jacques Vriens established Tools4ever in 1999 and has expanded Tools4ever into a global software company. The initial focus was on tools for system administrators but building upon the knowledge and experience gathered in the early years, he quickly expanded the product portfolio into Identity and Access Management.

Jacques is a strong visionary leader and, together with his team, is capable of developing innovative and robust software that fits the current needs of any organization for the practical implementation of Identity and Access Management. Jacques graduated in 1989 from the Technical University of Eindhoven in the Netherlands.

Dean Wiech

Managing Director – Eastern US, Mexico, Eastern Canada and the Caribbean
Dean Wiech joined Tools4ever in April 2006 and is responsible for the Tools4ever, Inc. operations the United States. His duties include direct sales as well as the responsibility for the sales, technology and consulting team along with the day-to-day operations for the company.

Dean has been involved with sales and sales management in the software arena for over 20 years – before joining Tools4ever he was Vice President of Sales for a Manhattan based Software Company that is specialized in cost allocation and spend optimization. He attended the University of Akron and studied Chemical Engineering before deciding to pursue a career in technology.

Tom Mowatt

Managing Director – Central & Western North America, Australia, and New Zealand
Tom Mowatt has been a part of Tools4ever since 2000 with responsibilities for operations in Central & Western North America, Australia, and New Zealand. He also serves as the managing partner for the Tools4ever – Seattle office. Prior to joining Tools4ever, Tom worked in the Server/RAID industry and did a tour in the U.S. Navy during Desert Storm. During that time he learned the value of good teamwork and open communication with all team members.

Jan Pieter Giele

Managing Director - DACH, Northern & Eastern Europe
Jan Pieter has been with Tools4ever since 2004. He is responsible for the customer support team that sells, implements and supports the solutions offered by Tools4ever in his region. Before joining Tools4ever he worked at several other positions in the IT industry. Jan Pieter graduated at the University of Groningen in Business Administration.

Robert Doswell

Managing Director - UK and Ireland
Robert has been working with Tools4ever solutions for over 10 years, founding Tools4ever Limited in 2002. Since then, Robert has grown the UK and Irish markets significantly year on year. In addition to conducting direct sales, he is responsible for the telesales team, field sales representatives, and professional services team.

Robert has been involved in Business to Business sales since completing his education at the University of Wales. Specializing on Windows administration solutions for medium to large networks since 1996 allows Robert a deep understanding of our client requirements and configuring solution for a perfect match.

Paul Shergold

Managing Director - France (Province), South-Europe, Asia, and Middle East
Paul Shergold has been with Tools4ever since the beginning as an exclusive distribution partner. Since 1999, he covers South Europe. In 2004 he started managing Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America. Based in Lyon – France, his team holds high standards. This holds especially true when it comes to tailoring Tools4ever Software Solutions to the customers’ needs and helping them to maximizing their return on investment. Before giving his exclusive attention to Tools4ever, Paul Shergold embraced IT in 1988 as he joined IBM France in charge of the vertical market of glazing companies. He started up a direct marketing company in 1993 and a system software distribution company in 1998. He holds a degree in Chemistry and a degree in Computer Programming.

Paul Baas

Managing Director - France (Ile De France)
After fulfilling several positions in IT solution sales, Paul joined the Tools4ever headquarters as a sales rep in the beginning of 2008. Since his arrival at Tools4ever he has worked successfully for some of the main accounts in the Corporate, Government and Health sector. Since October 2009 Paul is responsible for the second Tools4ever office in France, based in Paris.
